Tim is the Executive Director of the Illinois Insurance Guaranty Fund (IIGF). In recent years, IIGF has been very active both in commenting on legislative proposals with the potential to affect the Fund and in developing and passing its own legislation. IIGF is also a frequent collaborator with the Illinois Department of Insurance and the Office of the Special Deputy in Illinois on issues affecting policyholders.  

Tim serves as a board member for NCIGF and GSI, as well as his local Rotary chapter. He attended Oklahoma and DePaul universities. Tim lives in Northbrook, IL, with his wife and two boys. He does have family in the Boston area and politely asks that you don't let them know he's in town.
