I hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance.  Furthering my education, I earned a master’s degree with an emphasis in Management.

In addition, I have pursued certifications to enhance my insurance and risk management knowledge. I earned a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and an Associate of Risk Management (ARM). I also hold a certificate in Enterprise Risk Management.

My professional experience covers various roles within the field of Workers’ Compensation and compliance. I began my career as a Workers’ Compensation Adjuster, where I gained hands-on experience in managing claims. I then progressed to the role of Workers’ Compensation Supervisor/Team Manager, and subsequently, Workers’ Compensation Manager, where I oversaw the Workers’ Compensation program for a large healthcare company.

In addition to my management roles, I have extensive experience in compliance auditing. I have served as a Workers’ Compensation Claim Compliance Auditor, Compliance Audit Supervisor, and most recently, as a Compliance Audit Manager

Furthermore, I have experience in business continuity and incident response. I also currently work as a Business Continuity Plan Coordinator and Cyber Incident Response Coordinator, where I collaborate with all departments to develop strategies to ensure organizational resilience. I also oversee catastrophic insolvency planning, focusing on TPA preparation and related activities in the event of significant or multiple concurrent insolvencies.
