Mark Tsutsui

Mark Tsutsui is the Executive Director of the Texas Property and Casualty Insurance Guaranty Association (TPCIGA). Previously, he served as a board member and chair of the Board of Directors of TPCIGA as an industry member. Mark brings to his role 32 years of insurance industry experience and has managed large insurance claim operations in multiples states and worked in various leadership roles in California, Illinois, Minnesota, and Texas.
