Kurt Mullen is a Partner in Pierson Ferdinand’s Boston office. Kurt’s practice is focused on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on all aspects of insurance-related litigation, including insurance guaranty fund, insurance coverage, extra-contractual and bad faith issues. He works with insurance guaranty funds, insurers, reinsurers, and other commercial entities. 

Kurt works with clients to develop coverage and litigation strategies and represents clients through all aspects of litigation. He also has extensive appellate experience in state and federal courts regarding insurance and statutory issues of first impression.
