Christopher M. Joyce serves as Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel at the Massachusetts Division of Insurance, where he oversees the agency's legal and regulatory functions. In this role, he provides strategic guidance on insurance law and policy, ensuring compliance and promoting consumer protection within the Commonwealth's insurance industry. 

Mr. Joyce earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New England School of Law, where he contributed to the New England Law Review. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
